In April, LG quit the smartphone business for good. But while we won't see any new phones from the company anymore, that's not to say it has stopped making mobile accessories. The company still manufactures wireless earphones and has announced a new one.
As spotted by GSMArena, the new LG Tone Free DFP8W is the company's latest TWS earbuds that come with 8mm dynamic drivers and three microphones. Its major features include active noise cancelling (ANC), IPX4 splash proofing, and a UVnano charging case. Interestingly, the charging case can clean the device's silicone tips and speaker mesh using UV rays.

The Tone Free DFP8W uses Bluetooth 5.2 for pairing, allowing you to connect it with up to five devices. It also supports Google Fast Pairing and Windows Swift Pair. For audio playback, it supports apt-X, AAC, and SBC codecs. In terms of battery life, the earbuds can last up to 10 hours without ANC and the charging case provides an extra 14 hours.
LG is expected to retail the Tone Free DFP8W for 180 euros (~RM889), which is a decent price for what it offers. It even has three nice colours of white, gold and black colours. But what do you think of it so far? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
