With 2022 coming soon, companies around the world are gearing up for the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show (CES). And LG is one of the companies that will be showcasing new products. While it's no longer in the smartphone business, LG has some cool display panels to reveal.

According to Yahoo News, LG will be showing off new displays at CES 2022. One of them is the DualUp Monitor, which is a monitor with an unusual 16:18 aspect ratio and 2560x2880 resolution. It's taller than most monitors and almost looks like two regular monitors stacked on top of each other. From the image below, you can see that it might be useful for tasks like video editing. It would also help reduce side-to-side head movements.

LG is also set to introduce a new Ultrafine monitor, a 32-inch 4K screen that will use the LG Nano IPS Black panel technology. There will also be concept designs for OLED panels. One is the "Virtual Ride", a machine with a stationary bike and three 55-inch OLED displays in a vertical setup. Another one is the "Media Chair", which has a recliner for you to sit back and enjoy watching a 55-inch curved display.

The concept designs will probably never be commercialised unless there's a use case for it and enough demand. With that said, what else do you hope to see from LG Display? Share your ideas below, and stay tuned to TechNave for more CES 2022 updates.
