Today, Lazada.my and AIG Malaysia have announced a new partnership together. As some of you already know, AIG is a global insurance organization and this collaboration will provide customers a more convenient and accessible purchase of insurance online at the price from RM8 up to RM115.
So what kind of insurance can you get? According to the website, customers will be able to shop from AIG on Travel, Snatch Thief, and Personal Accident (Active Lifestyle Care) coverage. Hans-Peter Ressel, CEO of Lazada Malaysia, said that this will enable opportunities in the digital and direct channels for the purchase of insurance will be able to improve transparency and enable easier product comparisons.
In addition, Anthony Lee, CEO of AIG Malaysia, also mentioned that the minimum age of 21 - 65 will eligible for the Active Lifestyle Care package.
