Lazada Malaysia reports over RM100 million of Gross Merchandise Value in its first day of Online Revolution sale

Today, Lazada Malaysia is proud to announce that its recent Online Revolution campaign has just achieved an all-new sales record, generating more than RM100 million of Gross Merchandise Value (GMV). But here's the kicker, according to the data, that was only the first 24 hours. Also combining both Lazada Malaysia's website and apps together, there was a total of 10 million visits in a single day which was 3x more than 2016.

Under the theme “Shop The Universe”, consumers managed to shop from brands including Senheng, Tefal, NYX, Maybelline, Carlo Rino, Durex, Dettol, Scholl, Veet, Motorola-Lenovo, JBL, Drypers, Watsons and Nivea with discounts up to 90% off. Shoppers also took advantage of deals as low as RM1, “Buy 1 free 1” promotions, brand flash sales and “Mystery Boxes” at discounted prices. What's more, there were also giveaways worth more than RM 60 million, including Club Med holiday packages, Go Pros, iPhone Xs, Perodua Bezzas, a chance to experience Zero-G and much more.
