Lazada Malaysia's new CEO launches Milk Formula Guarantee Programme

Lazada Malaysia's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Christophe Lejeune recently launched their new Milk Formula Guarantee Programme today to ensure the reliability and freshness of milk formula on Lazada's eCommerce platform. He takes over from Hans-Peter Ressel who has been promoted to Group Chief International Officer. In his current CEO position he will continue to spearhead Lazada's online shopping experience development.

The Milk Formula Guarantee Programme will cover brands such as Abbott, Frontera Brands, Friesland-Campina, Nestle and Wyeth, with compensation for customers of a 200% mixed refund (100% cashback + 100% compensation vouchers) if the policy is breached.
