Popular e-commerce platform Lazada today announced the introduction of new return and refund policies in Malaysia. Meant to enable customers to enjoy a more flexible and worry-free shopping experience, read on to learn more. 

According to Bernama, Lazada in a statement said customers in Malaysia can now enjoy several major benefits. These include a 30-day simple return policy for all purchases in LazMall and Choice and the ‘Change of Mind’ policy for a wider range of products and categories on all Lazada platforms.

Besides that, Lazada is also offering faster refunds as soon as orders are returned to its logistic partners via drop-off or pick-up. The e-commerce platform asserted that the new streamlined process would reduce the waiting time and ensure customers receive their refunds without delay.
