Today, Lazada Malaysia just announced that they are joining hands with the Ministry of Finance (MoF) and Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to support local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through Shop Malaysia Online and Go-eCommerce. The two campaigns have already begun from 1 July until 31 December 2021.

To encourage Malaysians to show support to local businesses on Shop Malaysia Online, Lazada has thrown in up to 50% discount vouchers, Crazy Flash Sale, Daily Free Shipping and more. The 50% off vouchers are from top brands such as Senheng, Old Town White Coffee, Khind, Secret Recipe and Fipper from 1st July until 2nd July. Shoppers can also look forward to daily Brand Mega Offers, Coins cashback and 55% Wallet Sundae Vouchers.

As for the Go-eCommerce initiative on Lazada, local businesses who are looking to pivot online are encouraged to sign up here. Starting from 1 July onwards, new sellers that go digital with Lazada through the Go-eCommerce campaign will be entitled to an enhanced Pintar Niaga stimulus package* with benefits worth up to RM1,500 along with:

  • 0% commission and listing fees
  • Free RM300 sponsored Discovery Credits
  • Free Shipping vouchers for 30 days
