A statement by Ming-Chi Kuo seems to hint that the Apple MacBook Pro that’s coming this year will come with a more squared-off design and MagSafe connector but no Touch Bar. While our source did not provide an expected release date, it does give us a better idea on what to expect when the laptop is officially available in the global market.

In terms of the tech specs, it will most likely come equipped with Apple Silicon instead of processors offered by Intel. Also, there could be a high chance that the laptop will also come with more I/O slots, allowing users to connect more devices to it.

However, do take most of the information mention with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Apple has yet to provide an official statement on the leak. Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date, local pricing, and exact tech specs regarding the upcoming MacBook Pro for now.
