The Lenovo Miix 2 11.6 is an ultra-portable ultraconvertible Windows 8.1 computer
Lenovo Malaysia recently announced several new products for Malaysia with the Lenovo Miix 2 11.6, Lenovo Tab A7-30 and Lenovo Tab A8-50. Designed with the professional in mind, the Miix 2 is an 11.6-display ultra-portable tablet + notebook computer combo running on Windows 8.1. Tech specs for the Miix 2 include an Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB of storage and has an 11.6-inch display measuring in at 11m thin and weighing 800g. The display detaches to become a tablet but the keyboard dock offers stereo JBL speakers for better sound along with 2 more USB ports to complement the other 2 USB ports on the tablet. While it does have a micro SIM slot, the unit for Malaysia is WiFi only. The tablet has a 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. The Miix 2 will be priced for RM2999.

The Lenvo Tab A7-30 on the other hand is priced at just RM399 and features a 7-inch IPS display with 1024 x 600 pixel resolution. Other tech specs include a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK8382 processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, microSD support, 2MP rear camera, VGA front camera, 3500 mAh battery and Android 4.2 Jelly bean. The tablet has phoen capabilities as well so you can also use it to send SMS messages too.
The Lenovo Tab A7-30 is a 7-inch tablet
The 8-inch Lenovo Tab A8-50 is also affordably priced at RM699 with somewhat better tech specs. This includes a 1.3GHz quad core processor, 1GB RAM, 16GB storage, microSD support, an 8-inch display with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution, 4200 mAh battery and front stereo speakers. The tablet is slightly slimmer at 8.95mm than your average tablet while packing on two front stereo speakers as well.
