It's Lenovo's turn and the company is excited to announce its new Lenovo LA AI chip. This chip is the world's first dedicated AI which is installed on the new Lenovo Legion Pro 7 and 7i (16”, 8) and the Lenovo Legion Pro 5 and 5i (16”, 8) gaming laptops.

According to Lenovo, its Lenovo AI Engine+, powered by the Lenovo LA AI chip, deploys a software machine learning algorithm to optimally tune system performance. The chip uses software machine learning, deployed through Lenovo Vantage, to help monitor in-game FPS and adjust for the highest performance output. This chip and machine learning software combo offer up to 15% higher TDP.

In terms of tech specs, the 16-inch Lenovo Legion Pro 7i and Lenovo Legion Pro 7 come equipped with an option of the latest 13th Gen Intel Core processors or AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processors, and up to the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptop GPUs. To keep the CPU and GPU cool, the laptops have ColdFront 5.0 with Hybrid Thermals with an extra-wide Vapor Chamber.
