If you are into gaming setups and devices, you might know that the Logitech MX Master 3S is a refresh of the Master 3 variant. While we got the new variant last year, it does not stop the rumour mill from producing leaks about the new Logitech MX Master 4. That said, what do the leaks say this time?
For your information, the Master MX series is a popular line among gamers. Hence, it’s not a matter of if, but rather when, a new entry will arrive. Interestingly, the technology for gaming mouse (or mice) are stable. That’s why there was a 3-year gap between the Master 3 and Master 3S variant. It is also safe to assume that the next arrival could take a while since we just got the 3S variant last year.
We have yet to confirm the release date for the new model. However, given the history of Logitech’s gaming mouse, we could expect it to arrive around September 2024. Plus, details about the new device are hazy at this point. So, you could expect a minor improvement from its predecessor. Personally? We would love the new mouse to be less oil-resistant and easier to clean.
As of now, both the Master 2 and Master 3S variants will cost you $99.99 (~RM467.45) Based on recent trends, you could expect the new product to be a bit pricier. If you are not in a hurry to replace your mouse, you might want to save up for other matters.
