Logitech introduces a premier conference camera device called MeetUp for RM4799

A new premier conference cam called the Logitech MeetUp was released by Logitech yesterday, designed for small conference and huddle rooms, the MeetUp has a 120-degree field of view and minimizes cable clutter with a USB plug-and-play. It will be available at the end of July for retail price of RM4799, along with an expansion mic for RM1169.

According to KP Sim, Logitech Country Manager of Malaysia, Philippines and Brunei, he said huddle spaces have become quite popular in workplaces today. So it was only natural Logitech would come up with a device that can be scaled-down and offer subpar video experience for meeting purpose.

In other words, the MeetUp is designed to work with virtually any video conferencing software application and cloud service, including Skype for Business, Cisco collaboration applications, and all Logitech Collaboration Program partners such as BlueJeans, BroadSoft, Vidyo and Zoom.

Besides the super-wide 120-degree field of view feature, the MeetUp also has a Logitech-engineered, low-distortion lens, UltraHD 4K optics, and three camera presets deliver a premium video experience. There are also three sound-isolating mics and a voice-optimized speaker help ensure everyone is heard as clearly as they are seen.
