With the continued threat of the covid-19 pandemic, companies and businesses in Malaysia have begun to take active precautionary measures. Among them, MBO Cinemas will be implementing several measures to help prevent the spread of the virus, including social distancing.
MBO Cinemas has announced that it will routinely clean its cinema and movie halls thoroughly. In addition, the company will be implementing what it's calling Social Distance Seating in its cinemas across the country. The idea here is to have a gap every other row and every two seats. As a result, moviegoers can keep themselves away from other people at a safe distance.
In addition, the cinema will have hand sanitisers nearby and provide antiseptic wipes on request. You will be able to use these to sanitise your hands or wipe down your seat if you want that extra peace of mind. The hand sanitisers are available at nearby usher points.
It's great to see companies willing to take a hit to their profits to help keep us safe. Of course, all of us have to do our part too, which means taking the necessary precautions in daily life.
