Based on a statement by bernama.com, it seems that MCMC has suspended their customer service line (1800 188 030) and counters from today onwards until further notice. The reason for the suspension is to ensure the safety of their staffs, as well as reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
However, if you’re still keen on filing a complaint to MCMC, you can do so by filling out a form on their official website or sending them an e-mail ([email protected]). It’s also possible to file a complaint via WhatsApp from 8:30AM to 5:30PM on Mondays to Fridays through the number 016-2206262.
