SAIC Motor Malaysia is now open for bookings for the MG Cyberster, MG's first electric roadster with an estimated price below RM350000. The Cyberster will be featured at the Auto Car Expo (ACE) 2024 on 26 and 27 October 2024. The model is equipped with all-wheel drive (4WD) that produces 503 PS and a maximum torque of 725 Nm.
For your information, the battery has a capacity of 77 kWh allowing acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and a driving distance of up to 446 km (WLTP). 7 kW AC charging takes about 10.5 hours to full while the 150 kW DC fast charger enables charging from 10% to 80% in 38 minutes.
In addition, the design of the Cyberster features iconic scissor doors and low gravity with an aerodynamic roof. It comes with 20-inch alloy rims and automatic LED headlights. The interior of this car comes with leather seats, a Nappa steering wheel and an infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen and a 10.25-inch driver display.
Moreover, safety features include Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) such as Forward Collision Warning, Automatic Emergency Braking and Blind Spot Detection. Cyberster is offered in four colors namely Dynamic Red, Camden Grey, Inca Yellow, and English White with different interior options.
