The Ministry of Health (MOH) today announced that its Online Clinic Appointment System is currently facing technical difficulties with efforts ongoing to rectify the issue. For the time being, MOH is advising Malaysians who want to book an appointment to directly call the respective health clinic. The list of Malaysian government clinics and their phone numbers can be found via this link.

In case you didn’t know, the Clinic Appointment System or Sistem Janji Temu Klinik is a collaborative initiative between MAMPU and MOH to digitalise health and dental services in the country. The initiative is made through the Family Health Division and the Dental Health Programme.

The service can be accessed through the MyGovernment Portal or through the Sistem Janji Temu Klinik KKM mobile app available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Both Malaysians and non-Malaysians residing in the country can use the service to book appointment for health services in government clinics online.
