With Mobile World Congress (MWC) week underway, we can expect to see a variety of new products from many brands. Among the first to make an announcement was Lenovo, which has just revealed a slew of new tablets and a smart clock.

First up is the Yoga Tab 13, a more premium model boasting a 13-inch display (2160x1350) that covers 100% of the sRGB colour gamut. It also has four JBL speakers and Dolby Atmos support, so it should deliver excellent audio too. You can even connect it to a laptop with a single cable and use it as a second monitor, which is really useful if you're always on the go. As for specs, it's equipped with a Snapdragon 870 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage.

The second highlight is the Yoga Tab 11, which is a tablet that's meant to be affordable. It comes with an Helio G90T chipset, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of storage. While the display is smaller at 11-inches (2000x1200), it does have the same quad JBL speaker setup. Besides the above, the Yoga Tab 13 and Tab 11 will both come with apps like Google Kids Space, Google Entertainment Space, and Netflix pre-installed.

Moving on, there's the Tab P11 series, which is supposed to come in three variants - Tab P11 Pro, Tab P11 Plus, and Tab P11. However, Lenovo only provided us with some info on the Tab P11 Plus so let's take a look. This model comes with an Helio G90T chipset, up to 6GB of RAM, and up to 128GB of storage. It also has an 11-inch display (2000x1200) and has a large 7500mAh battery that can deliver up to 12 hours of video playback.

The last of the tablets would be the 3rd generation of the Tab M7 and Tab M8. These are entry-level tablets catered for children, as they also come with the Google Kids Space and Google Entertainment Space apps. Of the two, the Tab M8 has a superior 8-inch display (1200x800) while the Tab M7 has a very basic 7-inch IPS LCD (1024x600).

Finally, the company also introduced the Lenovo Smart Clock, which is powered by Google Assistant. It comes with a 4-inch LCD, 1.5-inch 3W speakers, and a far-field microphone array. You can connect this to your phone and use it to manage functions like notifications and alarms, to ensure that you don't get disturbed at night. You could also get an optional wireless charging dock to charge your phone, as well as function as a night light.
