Mah Sing Group Berhad and Philips Lighting officially signed a memorandum of understanding today to package smart home technology like the Philips Hue System for their new Caspia @ M Residence 2 homes. The Philips Hue System will allow users to control their connected lights intelligently from anywhere in the world using a smart device for leisure and security and is compatible with most platforms including voice commands with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Nest and Apple HomeKit.
One of the first projects in Malaysia to implement pre-installed smart lighting solutions, Caspia @ M Residence 2 are double storey cluster homes located in Rawang priced from RM870800.
