What is SCEKL235 all about?

Under the theme 'AI Cities: Shaping Our Digital Future', SCEKL25 is an upcoming event that aims to spotlight Malaysia's vision of creating intelligent, inclusive, and future-ready cities through the integration of artificial intelligence and emerging digital technologies. It is scheduled to take place from 17 to 19 September 2025.

Co-organised by the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) and Digital Nasional Berhad (DNB) under the Ministry of Digital, the expo is expected to attract a diverse range of stakeholders, including global thought leaders, investors, tech pioneers, and policymakers. SCEKL25 is structured around four core themes:

  • AI Cities
  • Sustainable and Resilient Cities
  • Digital Entrepreneurship and Economic Development
  • Community Empowerment through Digital Solutions

With these pillars, the Malaysian government hopes they will reinforce the nation's commitment to becoming a Smart Nation by 2040, in alignment with the Fourth National Physical Plan (NPP4).
