BonusLink, Malaysia’s first premier consumer rewards programme has just made it easier for members to collect points, especially if they’re Android users. This is because BonusLInk members can now link their accounts to Google Wallet.
Announced on its official Facebook account, BonusLink says that members can now seamlessly collect points from BonusLink Partners’ outlets via Google Wallet. To do so, you must first launch the Google Wallet app on your Android smartphone and then select “Add to Wallet” and choose “Loyalty”.
Next, search for “BonusLink” via the search bar on top and sign in to your BonusLink account. If you’re a new user, you can also sign up for a new account straight from the menu.
Afterwards, fill in your details and key in the OTP code when prompted, as well as enter your BonusLink PIN number once your card is identified. Lastly, click on “Add to Google Wallet” to link your BonusLink account and then “Add” to add your card to Google Wallet.
In the comments, BonusLink clarified that for now, the card can only be added to Google Wallet, with the company hoping to reach iOS users soon too. Well, maybe it’ll be coming to ApplePay in the future!
