But I digress, for those getting their hands on the Galaxy Fold, they will have an exclusive Premier Service access.
Since the Galaxy Fold is an entirely new experience from our regular smartphones, customers who bought it will have a dedicated specialist for guidance on the in-box accessories and using Smart Switch to transfer all the data (contacts, photos, apps, etc) to the Galaxy Fold.

The Premier Service includes a free on-site pick-up and delivery Service Support for your convenience, as well as entitled to a one-time inner screen replacement or repair when they register their Galaxy Fold via Samsung Members. Both services are available within 12 months from the date of purchase.
