It seems that Maxis briefly unveiled the VoLTE feature on their official website, showcasing the features and benefits the technology provides such as high-quality calls, fast call setup, as well as seamless switching between voice and video calls. However, for some odd reason, Maxis decided to take down all mentions of VoLTE on their website which might hint that the pages were not supposed to be up until a later date.
However, if you go to Google, search for the “Maxis VoLTE”, and click on the “Cache” towards the right of the link, you’ll be able to access the cached website and view its contents. Based on the cache, it seems that there will be around 36 smartphones from brands such as Apple, Xiaomi, and Samsung that will support the new VoLTE feature.
