Out of all the things, we never expect Maxis to jump into the metaverse that soon since the concept is still in its early stage. Nevertheless, the company is going to launch its own metaverse and here's what you should know about it.

In line with its Rangkaian Kita Rangkaian Malaysia (RKRM) campaign, Maxis just unveiled its first Virtual Telco Store - the Maxis Centre Decentraland - which is a connected retail experience on the metaverse. Users will be able to shop for Maxis’ products and services using the latest 3D technology, and even purchase collectable NFTs through collaboration with Malaysian artists. Additionally, there is a Hotlink wall and #BikinSampaiJadi content for customers to enjoy. Customers will also have access to digital care via QR codes.
