Maxis users complaining about lines getting barred even though they have made the full payment

There's nothing scarier than a network breakdown happening at this time. During this pandemic, people depend on it even more than ever before to communicate with each other. With that said, some unlucky Maxis users are facing the issue of getting their lines barred even though they have made the full payment.

According to the comments under Maxis' latest Facebook post, many users complaint about that their lines are barred although they have apparently cleared out the payment. Some also complaint about Maxis' customer service not picking up their calls or took too long to connect with an agent. It is unclear what Maxis is facing right now and let's hope that the next post will be about the fix.
