Maybank has now announced that it will conduct a Customer Experience Survey to further improve its services, starting from August to November 2024 . So, what should you know about it?

For your information, this survey will use random sampling. Therefore, you will probably receive a call from Maybank or online through the MAE app - the survey duration is around 15-20 minutes. For phone surveys, here is a list of phone numbers that may contact you:
