Today, Maybank announced an upcoming system maintenance on its online banking services. It will begin on the 10th and the 17th of May 2025, so that's just two days of unavailable online banking services. Without further ado, do read below to get a heads-up.
First, all Maybank ATMs will start the system maintenance on the said date at 12 AM, sharp. After that, it will be followed by multiple online banking systems on the Maybank2u website, MAE app and Maybank2u Biz (web and app) at 3 AM. This includes many most used services such as DuitNow, JomPay and others, which can be referred to in the screenshot below.
With that said, it is best to perform any outstanding transactions in advance to avoid any inconvenience during those two days. Even if you can fully use the MAE app, you can still use your Maybank Debit and Credit cards. You can also still do money transactions from your Maybank account to another, but just not on DuitNow.
