Just a few minutes ago, Maybank just announced that there will be another maintenance happening across several of its services. Just like before, it will be just for 29 minutes, starting from 11.30 PM until 11.59 PM on 24 July 2021 which is a Saturday.
According to the short Facebook post, the daily maintenance was brought forward so that the Maybank customers can enjoy online shopping at midnight. This move is probably in line with Shopee Malaysia's 25 July Payday Sale from midnight until 2 AM, eventually leading up to 8.8. In case you're wondering, the Maybank services included are Maybank2u, the MAE app, QRPayBiz app and the Wealth App. In addition, the FPX Online Payments, Debit Card Transactions as well as Self Service Machines (ATMs, Cash Deposit and Cheque Deposit machines) will be on maintenance. With that in mind, do make sure you have topped up the amount in your Shopee eWallet first before you encounter any problems.
