Maybank has announced that scheduled system maintenance activities will be carried out on Saturday, 20 September 2025. During this period, several services will not be accessible via the Maybank2U platform on the website and applications, including the MAE and Maybank2u Biz applications.
A temporary disruption
For your information, the affected services include transactions such as DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow, DuitNow Request, and DuitNow QR. In addition, JomPAY, Interbank GIRO, FPX and Debit Mandate are also unavailable. ATM services and currency exchange via the MAE application are also unavailable during the period.
Additionally, the service disruption is scheduled to occur in two sessions, from 3:00 AM to 8:00 AM and again from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Maybank apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciates the patience and continued support of its customers.
