So here's a piece of interesting news, according to McDonald's official WeChat account - the company announced that they will be hosting an online conference on 15 April about a new 5G product. There are several teaser posters found there, which seems to suggest that it's some sort of a new 5G smart product.

The teaser images don't really say much so there's barely any information. But from the teasers, this 5G product is said to have a narrow bezel display, a large ultrawide camera lens, a speaker with "good" sound quality, facial recognition, and of course, 5G connectivity. I don't know about you, but it sounds like as if McDonald's is making a 5G smartphone (HAHA). Honestly, it's almost like an April Fool's joke but in this modern-day, it could actually happen.

Given that it came from their WeChat account, it's very likely that the announcement will be in China. But what do you think? What kind of 5G product do you think McDonald's is doing? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more trending tech news at TechNave.com.
