
Today, our own local Malaysian fintech company - Meen Tech marked its official entry into the smartphone market for the first time. In conjunction with this occasion, the company introduces Meen M60 as its flagship series.
Proudly designed in Malaysia, the Meen M60 is powered by a Snapdragon 888 chipset, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage with support for additional space of 256GB. Its AMOLED display is 6.53 inches with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution and runs on a 120Hz refresh rate. Other than that,m it has a 16MP front camera with an AI algorithm and a 64MP primary camera.
Additionally, the Meen M60 also sports a rather large 6800mAh battery pack with SuperCharge technology (although not specified). It uses a USB C port and is available in three colours - Deep Sea Blue, Ceramic Black and Ruixue Crystal. Finally, it runs on Android 13 out of the box and can connect to 5G.

At the same time, the Meen M60 has a brand ambassador who happens to be Tan Boon Heong, Malaysia's former no.1 badminton player for men's doubles. There was also a Memorandum of Understanding with Kopasar to establish a partnership between both parties for marketing, sales and distribution of Meen Tech products, locally and internationally.
Meen Tech also confirmed that there will be future products and plans to further improve existing models, including the Meen Tech M70 and i19 series phones. They are set to debut in the first quarter of 2024 next year.
