Apple aims to market the iPhone 16 as an AI device. The physical Camera Control button does not only function as the camera shutter button but also as the search button via Visual Intelligence. So, what should you know about it?
According to TechRadar, Visual Intelligence is seen as Apple's answer to the Android feature, Google Circle to Search. Without having to touch the screen, the user only needs to press and hold this button for the iPhone 16 camera to see objects or the environment and provide the user with additional information. For example, point to a restaurant and it will display operating hours as well as user opinions. If pointed at an animal, it will tell the type and breed and more.
Apple Visual Intelligence is also said to be able to be integrated with third-party AI models. This feature will only be offered at the end of next year.
