Back in China, Meizu has announced their newest mid range M5c smartphone. It has a nice colour variation of blue and red, we aren’t sure if Meizu will bring them over to Malaysia, but we will let you know. As for now, here are the official tech-specs.

As mid range smartphone, it’s not carrying a lot of power as the processor is only quad-core clocking at 1.3GHz, RAM power is a measly 2GB and space storage stands at 16GB ROM, there is an expandable memory for that so don’t worry. The camera is 8MP for the back, while the front holds 5MP, although that’s a small one, but at least it has an ArcSoft Beautification mode for the selfie lovers.

In addition, it’s quite a lightweight device since it’s measuring at 8.3mm thin and weighs 135g. Display is 5-inch only in 720p. Seems like this device is aimed for those who likes their device small and compact.

The OS is set on the latest Flyme 6, there’s also a report that the phone possesses a One Mind A.I. which smartly prioritize memory power to apps that the user uses the most for long term performance.

No price tag was revealed, but it shouldn’t be too expensive with that kind of specification line-up. Stay tuned for more Meizu news at TechNave.com.
