For your information, Chief Minister Datuk Seri Utama Ab Rauf Yusoh announced that the 4 cemeteries involved are:
- Kampung Hilir Cemetery (427 graves)
- Kampung Seri Tambak Cemetery (319 graves)
- Kampung Seri Jeram Cemetery (479 graves)
- Kampung Pulau Tengah Cemetery (427 graves)
Moreover, he informed that the process of collecting information and identifying heirs is being actively implemented. Melaka became the first state in Malaysia to boldly introduce the digital grave initiative, which is an innovative approach to making it easier for relatives to track the location of family members' graves more easily and systematically.
