For your information, the feature can automatically dub videos on Facebook and Instagram. Currently, it only translates English to Spanish and Spanish to English. It is accessible to Facebook users with 1000 followers and to all Instagram users now.
Additionally, there is an option to change the voice using Meta AI when the video is uploaded. This feature needs to be manually activated with the option to also move the lips in the video in sync with the new language audio generated by the AI.

If you want the best results for voiceovers, you can avoid overlapping speech, ensure background audio is quiet, and always look at the camera to ensure lips are in sync with the new audio.
