While Microsoft recently announced that it would integrate OpenAI into all of its Office and Windows products, the first to get it looks to be its Azure OpenAI Service. Available starting this week, it will allow businesses to integrate OpenAI tools like DALL-E and soon ChatGPT for their cloud apps.

Azure OpenAI services will feature AI models by OpenAI which include GPT-3.5, Codex and DALL-E. Microsoft sees OpenAI as something that could help improve content matching for search results (our Malaysian online marketplaces would definitely benefit) and more.

It could likely also help as a research or development assistant for app developers, helping to suggest more effective code, formulas and so forth. No news yet on how OpenAI may be integrated into Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, PowerPoint and Word but at this point, it’s just a matter of time.

How would you want to use OpenAI for Microsoft Office? We think asking it to improve your email, presentation or article doesn’t sound too far fetched, but what do you think? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned to TechNave.com
