A couple of days ago, Microsoft updated the support document on its website by specifying that support for Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro will end on 14 October 2025. After it's being spotted, many are quick to believe that Windows 11 is really coming after all.

This is not the first time that we see news leading to the rumour that Microsoft is preparing for another version of Windows. Earlier at Build 2021, CEO Satya Nadella said that the company is ready to share “one of the most significant updates to Windows of the past decade.” After a short while, Microsoft sent out invitations to a virtual event that takes place on 24 June and it could be where we'll get to see the next-generation Windows.

Back in 2015, it was announced that Windows 10 will be the last version of Windows and everyone thought that the company will just keep rolling out updates for the desktop OS. However, it seems like Microsoft has decided that it's better to move on. For now, we could only wait until 24 June to find out what the tech giant has in store for us.
