More official LG G6 teasers surfacing. Water and dust resistance plus a hint of wide angle?

With MWC happening in less than a week, everyone’s jumping on the hype train now and LG is one of them that had been releasing little teasers for their upcoming LG G6 on various channels. This time round, we got several clips from their YouTube channel, focusing on the device’s key features.

In the first 11-second clip, titled “Pool”, it shows a girl swimming across a pool with an outline of what seems to be the device, and the words “LG G6” appearing at the end. Hinting that it’s a phone that’ll end up in the water in the shallow pool without any worries.

The second clip is only 7 seconds long. Titled “Flour”, all we see, is that quite a bit of flour is added onto the table, and it ended once again with the LG G6 outline and name. The caption reads, "Stay apart from the particles.” Hinting that the device would be dustproof, no worries about dropping the device into the flour. Even if you did, you can always wash it away.

The third clip, “Meaning of tears”, is 9-seconds long. It started with a photo of 2 persons seated back to back, only to be refocused to a much wider scene showing a total of 4 persons in 2 groups. “Capture wider to preserve precious moments accurately.” Hinting at the wide-angle capabilities of the dual rear cameras, much like the earlier LG V20.

It is quite refreshing to see this type of teaser clips being released, especially so where LG decided to ditch the modular design from the previous LG G5, and going with a more regular designed LG G6. Can’t wait for it to be unveiled. Are you curious about what the LG G6 brings forth in this 6th iteration of the device? Tell us in the comments below, or on our Facebook Page.
