With the Moto G6 launch just around the corner, early leaks of the Moto Z3 Play have been circulating around on the Internet thanks to a new submission in the Federal Communications Commission as well as additional sources from @OnLeaksKillerFeatures and TechRadar. Based on these leaks we are expecting to see the Moto Z3 Play drawing power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Chipset.

It's best to note that there will be two variants of the aforementioned device, one of them fitted with 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage and another fitted with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of Internal Storage. The Gorilla Glass display is expected to be sized at 6.1-inches with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels.

Both the variants of the device are expected to ship with a dual-camera rear shooter with an 8MP + 12MP setup. The device also comes with a 5MP Selfie Camera for all your selfie taking needs. According to sources, the device is also rumoured to house a 3000mAh battery which doesn't seem much but thanks to the efficiency of the Snapdragon 636 Chipset, it should last about a day of moderate use.

Looking at the early renders of the Moto Z3 Play, it is expected to measure at 156.4 x 76.46 mm. That being said, the device should in theory be compatible with Moto Mods that are currently out. There is also an additional strip below the 16-pin connect at the back which suggests that there might be newer Moto Mods that will utilise it to provide the device with additional functionality. Unfortunately, Lenovo has decided to ditch the 3.5mm Audio jack for the Moto Z3 Play.

Unfortunately the leaks do not include the pricing and the release date of the device yet. As always with every unofficial announcement regarding the Moto Z3 Play, best to take in every bit of information with a grain of salt until Lenovo's official announcement of the device and stay tuned to TechNave.com for all your latest tech news.
