Motorola has announced its latest flagship device, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro. Featuring some impressive specs and features, read on to find out more about the smartphone.
According to its Western European official website, the Edge 40 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage. There’s also a 4600mAh battery with support for 125W wired charging, 15W wireless charging and 5W reverse wireless charging. Motorola claim that you can charge from 0 to 50 per cent in 7 minutes and 0 to 100 per cent in under 20 minutes.
The screen is a 6.67-inch 165Hz AMOLED panel with 1080p resolution and 25.D curved sides. The display is protected by Gorilla glass Victus, with the same material also protecting the device’s rear.
In terms of imaging, the Edge 40 Pro is equipped with a 50MP main + 50MP ultra-wide + 12MP telephoto triple-camera setup at its rear. Meanwhile, the front sports a whopping 60MP selfie camera.
Other notable specs include IP68 water and dust resistance, Bluetooth 5.3, WiFi 7, NFC, dual SIM, 5G connectivity, in-display fingerprint scanner and colour options of either Interstellar Black or Lunar Blue. The Edge 40 Pro will be available across Europe and Latin America soon at a price of EUR899.99 or ~RM4317.
