If you watch live streams often, you may have heard of the concept of 'clipping'. Some platforms, like YouTube and Twitch, offer tools to directly clip videos or live streams shared on the site, while others require third-party software. Netflix has a similar feature that's getting an update.

Bite-sized Moments for Netflix shows

Yesterday, Netflix announced a new update to the "Moments" feature for its mobile app. It allows users to save, rewatch, and share their favourite moment (hence the name) from a Netflix series or movie. The update gives users more control over the scene they want to save, as it allows them to set the start and end points for a scene or moment.

So, how does it work? First, open Netflix on a mobile device and play the movie or show you want to clip. Next, tap on the 'Clip' button when you reach the scene you want to save. You can then set the end point for the clip and save the Moment to your "My Netflix" tab for future viewing.

No length limit

According to Netflix, users can make the clips as short or as long as they like, so you don't have to worry about limits. Interestingly, Wednesday Addams's dance moves and KPop Demon Hunters' "Soda Pop" track are currently Netflix's most popular moments.
