If you’re a fan of OnePlus or have used its smartphones in the past, then you must be familiar with its custom Android OS, OxygenOS. Well, if you got opinions regarding the OS and would like to share it with the Chinese tech company, then now’s your chance to do so as OnePlus has just launched an open survey regarding OxygenOS.
Part of the company’s initiative to make its products and services better, you can take the ‘OxygenOS User Experience Survey’ here. Moreover, the survey has many parts and asks questions such as the phone you’re currently using as well as questions specific to OxygenOS such as how you would rank its features.
Based on the official OnePlus forum thread of the survey, it looks like many of the company’s fans are venting their frustrations towards the company via the survey. In fact, most of the comments in the thread are negative, with many fans criticising OnePlus’ recent decisions to not do what its fanbase wanted but instead follow the current tech trends.
Well, let’s hope that OnePlus will take the survey’s results to heart and implement them in its software and hardware. What do you guys think?
