As previously announced CelcomDigi, Celcom customers will be able to access a free 5G trial through their Celcom MEGA Postpaid, Xpax Postpaid and Xpax Prepaid plans. That applies to Digi customers as well with its new 5G Booster for selected Digi Postpaid and Prepaid plans.
Starting today, Digi Postpaid customers can enjoy 5G connectivity by activating the new 5G Booster for only RM10 per month. Digi Prepaid customers will also be able to experience 5G via the RM10 per month 5G Booster starting 16 March 2023, on selected monthly internet plans.
As an introduction, the monthly fee for the 5G Booster will be waived for all activations during the free trial access period from today until 30 April 2023. Thereafter, the standard fee of RM10 per month will apply, while customers on Digi Postpaid plans above RM90 will continue to enjoy the 5G Booster for free.
The 5G Booster free trial access is also available for all Digi Business customers based on the eligibility of their respective rate plans. In the coming months, CelcomDigi will be introducing more 5G Boosters with the flexibility for customers to choose their preferred 5G experience. More information on these new products will be announced in Q2 2023.
