Recently, Google released what could be the final beta before the official version of Android 14. The company released this update with patch number UPB4.230623.007. For further reference, you can read more about the bug fixes here.

According to Google, this is a minor update for Pixel devices. However, the update is limited to Pixel devices launched after the Pixel 4a 5G, including the Pixel Fold and Pixel Tablet. Google also says that some issues for the Android 14 Beta 4 version still apply to Beta 4.1.

Some of these issues are known as Issue #288390661. It happens after a user triggers the system back action to close an app, and the app can’t launch until the device restarts. Another issue known as Issue #286422637 involves the ScrollView. The ScrollView caused the overscroll effect to get stuck after performing a fling gesture.

Nonetheless, we could see these issues solved before the official release of Android 14. According to the Android 14 schedule, the stable update will arrive this August. If you are an Android owner, this could be the best time to get a new update.
