Are you looking to get a new MacBook? Well, you might want to hold off a little bit, if only to find out what Apple has in store for us soon. News has surfaced claiming that Apple may have a new 13-inch notebook computer in the works that will feature a Magic Keyboard with scissor switches.

According to 9to5Mac, a new listing has appeared on the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) database, detailing an Apple portable personal computer bearing the model A2289. This computer will run on macOS 10.15 (Catalina), which was released in October 2019. 9to5Mac also believes that this model will be using the same Magic Keyboard that was equipped on last year's 13-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro.

Aside from that, there are no design or tech specs shown yet, so we won't be able to tell you more about this notebook until Apple issues an official announcement. But this EEC filing does prove that the product exists and it could already be in production. Who knows, it may be launched as soon as the first or second quarter of 2020.

That said, what is your opinion of the Magic Keyboard? Do you like it more than the previous type of keyboard used in MacBook computers? Let us know which one you prefer on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news like this.
