Today, Garmin announced a whole new series of smartwatches named vivomove 3. The smartwatch series assembles the design of a classic analog watch with a touch of modern technology. The vivomore 3 series will be selling soon starting from the price of RM1250.
The series include vivomove 3, vivomove 3S and vivomove 3 Style. Only the design and materials of these three smartwatches are different, the specs are technically the same among them. The vivomove 3 comes with a 44mm stainless steel case, fibre-reinforced polymer band, and chemically strengthened glass. Vivomove 3S is the smaller version which comes with a 39mm case. Lastly, the vivomove 3 Style sports a 42mm aluminium bezel that is available in different metal finishes and a Corning Gorilla glass lens.
For functionality, these smartwatches are great for outdoor activities. No matter running or working out, you can use the watch to track your heart rate. Using the watch with GPS on your phone can also get a more accurate record of the activities. Other than heart rate, the smartwatch is also built to track your stress level, sleep condition, hydration status and even menstrual cycle for women.
The battery of vivomove 3 series is said to last up to 5 days in smartwatch mode, and it will continue to run for an additional week in normal watch mode. The watches are also compatible with both Apple and Android devices. You may also download Garmin Connect app to keep up with your fitness progress.
