True wireless earbuds have taken the world by storm and even Google is in on the trend. Google first released its first-generation Pixel Buds to lacklustre reception, but it's back this year with a new model. Recently, keen eyes have spotted a Taiwan NCC certification for the new earbuds.

According to MySmartPrice, the new Google Pixel Buds will come with support for wireless charging for the case. This was something the first generation lacked, as the charging case had to be charged via cable. A total of three certificates for product model number G1007, G1008 and G1013 were found. These are assumed to be the left and right earbud, as well as the wireless charging for the Pixel Buds, respectively.

Considering that we're seeing details of the Pixel Buds appearing now, this product may be among the products to be unveiled during Google I/O 2020. Although Google has announced the cancellation of the event, there's reason to believe that the company will still do an online event via live-stream.

Having said that, Google Pixel Buds need to be pretty special for it to compete in an increasingly saturated TWS market. We're looking forward to seeing what Google has up its sleeve, but what are your thoughts? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
