Samsung Mobile India has just brought an upgrade for the Galaxy On5 and Galaxy On7 exclusively for the India market. The new models are Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro and Galaxy On7 Pro and offer minor hardware upgrades plus latest Android Marshmallow.
The new Galaxy On5 Pro is slightly enchanced compared to its predecessor with some minor hardware and software upgrades. It packs tech spec of the same 5 inch 720p TFT LCD and the same Exynos 3475 Quad chip with a quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7 and Mali-T720 GPU. The has been slightly increased from 1.5GB up to 2GB, while the internal storage is now 16GB compared to 8GB on its predecessor. As for rest of the tech spec, the Galaxy On5 Pro features the same 8 Megapixel rear camera, 5 Megapixel Selfie camera, 4G LTE connectivity, dual-SIM support, and a 2600 mAh battery. The Galaxy On5 Pro now supports the S-Bike Mode and Ultra Data Saving Mode. The latest Android Marshmallow comes pre-installed on the Galaxy On5 Pro.
As for the Galaxy On7 Pro, the design looks pretty identical to its predecessor. It focuses on memory upgrades and new software tricks. It packs tech specs of 5.5 inch 720p LCD, a snapdragon 410 chip with a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A53 processor with Adreno 306 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 13 Megapixel rear camera and a 5 Megapixel selfie camera, 4G LTE and dual-SIM connectivity, 3000 mAh battery and Android Marshmallow pre-loaded.
Both The Galaxy On5 Pro and On7 Pro come in Black or Gold and they're now available to be purchased on Amazon for INR 9190 (RM 544) and INR 11190 (RM 662) respectively.
