New Touch ‘n Go customer experience centre at Bangsar South announced and launched

Today, Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd is proud to announce their latest CEC (Customer Experience Centre). CEC was designed, constructed and aimed to offer a wide range of new services, also providing further convenience to the people of Bangsar South.

The launch was officiated by YBhg. Dato; Sri Nazir RAzak, Chairman of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad, as in conjunction with the new CEC opening, Touch ‘n Go has ink the Memorandum of UNderstanding with Grab and Lazada Malaysia, announcing added services collaboration benefits to their customers.

With this initiative, Grab will be offering a rebate promo code and end-to-end travel convenience to transit users, easing the customers for getting their services at the new CEC with rides up to RM10 per ride. The collaboration with Lazada, on the other hand, will provide another distribution channel for customers to purchase Touch ‘n Go products. Both services will be available on 2 May 2017.

In addition, Touch ‘n Go will also introduce its first cafe services with Touch ‘n Go hubs line. From breakfast until dinner time, the cafe will serve the customers with freshly prepared sandwiches, local delicacies lunch box and snacks alongside with a Barista for coffee lovers. There’s also a new Touch ‘n Go vending machine, which allows reloading services and purchase of its products along with a Self Service Kiosk. Both the kiosk and machines together with ATM and CDM banking facilities will be at the location for customers’ convenience where they are accessible at any time.
