It seems that a new patent from Xiaomi seems to hint that they could be working on a smartphone with a clamshell design that’s equipped with up to 4 cameras. While not much is known in regards to the smartphone in question, it does give us a better idea of what to expect when it is available in the local market.
If you look closely at the patents, you’ll see that the top left of the display is where the dual-camera setup is located at. At the back, you’ll find another dual camera with a secondary display right beside it.
However, do take every bit of information with a grain of salt, due to the fact that Xiaomi has yet to provide an official statement on the leak. Not only that, but there’s also no news on the Malaysia release date, local pricing, and exact tech specs for now.
