Good cameras are seen as a necessity for smartphones these days, so Honor is raising the bar even for entry-level devices. A new listing on TENAA suggests that Honor has a new affordable device that's equipped with a surprisingly formidable 48MP main camera, along with other specs that would fit an entry-level device for 2020.

The new listing shows a new 4G smartphone with the code number AKA-ALA10. It has a chipset with a CPU running at 2GHz, up to 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of internal storage, a 6.39-inch 720p IPS display, and 3900mAh battery. Judging from the specs, it's possible that the device's chipset is MediaTek's Helio P22, which houses an octa-core CPU using 2GHz Arm Cortex-A53 cores.

More importantly, the TENAA listing records it as a device with dual-rear camera consisting of a 48MP main lens and another 2MP lens, which is most likely a depth sensor. As for the front, it's using a modest 8MP selfie camera. Besides that, it's also noted to be running on Android 10.

Taking what Honor currently has into account, this may be the new Honor 9A or 9S for this year. But which Honor device do you think this is? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more updates on this.
